REPORT AN OUTAGE

To report a power outage at your home, please call your Transmission and Distribution Service Provider (TDSP) at its 24-hour number.

NOTE: Updated smart meter technology should make your TDSP aware of your power outage, even if you are unable to reach them.

While we supply your electricity, your TDSP, also known as your utility company, delivers it. The electricity you purchase from Discount Power is delivered to your home via the infrastructure (wires, transformers and poles) which is maintained by your TDSP.
