    How do the Bill Credit Bundle plans work?

    These plans include a built-in monthly bill credit that applies automatically when your electricity usage reaches a specific threshold. No tracking is required — if your usage qualifies, the credit appears on your bill.

    There are three Bill Credit Bundle plans, each with a different usage threshold: 500 kWh, 1,000 kWh and 2,000 kWh. If your usage reaches or exceeds your plan's designated threshold during your billing cycle, the credit will automatically be applied.

    Yes, this plan offers competitive rates and reliability regardless of your usage. The credit simply helps offset costs for households that naturally use more energy.

    No. The plan is designed to support customers who already use more energy due to their lifestyle or home needs, not to encourage increased consumption.

    It’s a good fit for small, medium or larger households, as well as people working from home or those using more electricity during extreme weather seasons. We recommend checking your usage history to see if it typically fits one of these categories.

    No. If your usage meets the monthly threshold, the credit is applied automatically. You’ll see it reflected on your bill.

    No. You can still participate in other programs, like Paperless Billing or Auto Pay.

    This plan is valid only for new residential customers in the ERCOT area signing up for the Discount Power Bill Credit Bundle 1,000 kWh plan. Bill credit amount does not vary based on actual usage above 1,000 kWh.
