Select the start date for electricity service at your new address.
Our calendar will show you the first available date for service to be activated. If you have questions about your service start date, just give us a call at 1-877-455-4674, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. CST.
Connection Fee
Your local Transmission and Distribution Services (TDSP) provider may charge a connection fee, depending on your meter type. A Priority Connection Fee may be applied if you choose a Priority Move-In date. The fee will be charged to your electricity bill.
Meter Access
Your TDSP needs to read the meter on your requested start date — please make sure it’s accessible by unlocking any gates and securing any pets.
Change/Cancellation
If you need to change or cancel your start date, we require two business days’ notice — otherwise, a fee may be charged.
