Connection Fee
Your local Transmission and Distribution Services (TDSP) provider may charge a connection fee, depending on your meter type. A Priority Connection Fee may be applied if you choose a Priority Move-In date. The fee will be charged to your electricity bill.
Meter Access
Your TDSP needs to read the meter on your requested start date — please make sure it’s accessible by unlocking any gates and securing any pets.
Change/Cancellation
If you need to change or cancel your start date, we require two business days’ notice — otherwise, a fee may be charged.

Ending existing service
And when should electricity service end at your existing service address?
Select which date your current service should end. As a reminder, your move-out date cannot be scheduled more than 60 days in advance and must take place on a regular business day - no weekends or holidays. If someone will be moving to this address after you leave the property, your scheduled end-of-service date needs to be on OR before their move-in date.
End Date at Your Previous Location
Your move-out date cannot be scheduled more than 60 days in advance and must occur on a regular business day. If someone will be moving into this address, your move-out date should occur on or before their move-in date. If they have already scheduled a start service date, this date and all dates following will be unavailable on the calendar.
