No. Choose an electricity plan, and we’ll make sure your service transitions with no interruptions.
Who will send me my electricity bill?
Your bill will come straight from us. You can either choose to receive it by mail or enroll in Paperless Billing to get your bill through email. Log into My Account to sign up.
How do I pay my Discount Power bill?
With Discount Power, you can pay your bill through the Discount Power app, online by registering for My Account or by phone at 1-877-455-4674. You can also sign up for Automatic Payment to pay your monthly bill automatically from your bank or credit card – so you never miss a payment. Log into My Account to sign up!
Can I transfer my Discount Power service if I move?
If you’re moving, you can transfer your service to a new address as long as we provide service to that area. Just enter your ZIP code here to see which plans are available at your new address. When you transfer service, we’ll help you make sure your service is never interrupted.
